Knisely, Prehoditch, & Panzer, P.C. is a small litigation firm that is primarily engaged in handling claims against attorneys and other professionals throughout the State of Texas.  We have been involved in pursuing substantial damages claims against some of the largest and most established law firms in the State of Texas and the United States for the harm caused to their clients through legal malpractice, including negligence, breaches of fiduciary duties, conflicts of interest, and unreasonable fees.  We also represent plaintiffs in claims against other professionals, including accountants and auditors, as well as represent plaintiffs in various other commercial, business, intellectual property, and employment disputes.  Our clients have included individuals, families, corporations, bankruptcy trustees, and other business entities.  Knisely, Prehoditch & Panzer, P.C. represents clients on a contingency fee basis, an hourly basis, and hybrids of contingency and hourly bases.  The specific terms of our fee agreements with prospective clients, including on contingency matters whether the client will be responsible for expenses and court costs,  are negotiable and tailored to the facts and circumstances of each client’s case.  Specific case references and client references are available on request.
